Question 2004 fx4 shuts down while driving? Help please

Ok for starts, I have an 04 f150 fx4 5.4 with 72,000 miles- 05 body style. I bought it brand new in 05. Ran great till about a year ago, then thats where it went down hill. One day just driving to work the truck decides to shut down while on the highway and the wrench light pops up, I put it in neutral and restart, starts up keep driveing then at a stop light truck shuts down again then I see the engine light. I take the SCT tunner and pop 2 codes P2135 and p2106, clear the codes and restart the truck, drives fine for 20 miles on and off the throttle then does it again. No power and no power steering and almost 6 accidents. Ok needlees to say i know the codes are for the THROTTLE BODY/ TPS. I then get a new TPS sensor and have it reflashed, didn't fix the problem. Bring it to Ford they replace the throttle body, works fine for a week then back to shutting down. I bring it back to Ford and already can tell the ford mechanic doesnt't want to trouble shoot this problem anymore. He follows all of fords notes for the codes poping up and try's trouble shooting the problem. His answer is, it has to be the trucks ECU, well now 5 hrs in labor for trouble shooting,TPS sensor then throttle body then $500 new ECU/PCM, Now trucks Reflashed to FORDS latest software update. Well now $2500 in parts and labor and guess what 2 weeks later same SH-T happening, i'm fed up, 2 FORD dealerships and and no remedy. Oh all the connectors going to the thottle body and TPS are tight and have die elec grease, Maf cleaned. Any answers would be great, next thinking throttle pedal sensor? or next is an accident on the highway.. please excuse the spelling or grammar i'm writeing this on my phone at work.

There have been a couple threads similar to this on here, can't remember the final fix. Search the CEL codes and you should be able to pull them up.

I notice you said you paid for a new ECM... Don't you Americans have an 8 year, federally mandated warranty on all emissions components, including the computer? My 03 ranger stated that in it's owners manual
