My 2006 FX4 says FX4 on the dash cluster, and it has carbon fiber type trim around the radio and darker gray accents. Here's a picture online(not my truck), but it looks exactly the same.

2004 Probably a little different from that but I remember now that the instrument cluster has the dials in the middle like your picture. Mine does not nor does it say FX4 anywhere except that sticker on the back fender.

Thanks for the picture, I have not been able to track one down.
