Hello!
My truck hasn’t started for awhile. I first fixed the PCM ground which was rusted under the hood latch. That gave me power and lights but now the instrument cluster is beeping and blinking, any ideas? Below is a video of what is going on:

usually when cluster flashes and doesn't start it's a dead battery .... you try to jump it?

Battery tested good AGM, I also tried jumping but same results.

Its almost as if the flasher relay got connected to the cluster lighting. Its it possible you hooked the wrong wire together?
