Default side exit or factory exit exhaust

for some reason my muffler decided it didnt like being on my truck anymore so it fell off

it broke where the pipe connects to the case of the muffler and its not worth trying to weld it back together to me. so i bought a Flowmaster 40 series si/do muffler and its going on tomorrow after i work. since im putting a new muffler im gonna go ahead and do tail pipes this time (previous owner just had it dumped under the bed) but i can decide if i should run 2 pipes out in the stock location or go with a side exit in front of the tire with duals?

the tips will have to wait no matter how i do it because i just blew all my money on hids and now a muffler, luckily a buddy of mine is going to put it on for me for 20 bucks.

he doesnt sound real excited about going over the axle with it so i may have to just do it side exit. i realy cant decide how i want it

I would go with the stock exit but with a single tip as madeSICC suggested definately nice, clean look. That is the route I'm taking soon as I get a chance to tackle the exhaust.

Question

I would go with duals exiting the stock location. No tips. Behind the left and right tire. Had a '72 390 f250 w/headers, 2 turbo mufflers pipes exit behind each tire. Badass. Maybe it is just the memory's but it was hot! Can't vote, just putting in my 2 cents.
