Default 2004 f150 missing when warmed up

Hey guys new to the site and having some issues with my truck. Its a 2004 f150 5.4 with alot of miles. Has ran really great until here recently. Had one coil pack and replaced it and it ran fine. Next day it started again , replaced a coil and it kept missing. So long story short it has brand new motorcraft plugs and all brand new coils. It runs good when cold but when it starts warming up it stars to miss worse and worse. Any help would be appreciated and no cel yet

New bwd coils , new Motorcraft plugs. Was throwing a 1 and 6 misfire. The cel would come on and flash then go off. Would only come on during hard acceleration. Now its on all the time showing cylinder 6. Tb has been cleaned as well. The weird thing is sometimes it runs great for a few minutes then back to crap

Swap out the plug and COP on 6 with 5 and see if the code fallows.. BWD COPs are not the best, and inspect the plug carefully.. it could be cracked from being dropped. If all that checks out swap the injectors .
