Too bad Lenn doesn't have an F-150 lol... booo Lenn.

Well we don't pay for return shipping on items, that's up to the customer to pay for. Basic business stuff. So if you ever want to try them out you are welcome to. But if you want to return them you have to pay for return shipping.

I don't think anybody has ever taken me up on the "your money back" after trying our bulbs. I've had a few folks who did that for the D1/D2/D3/D4 BUT that's because those were retrofits on the HID ones and they had issues getting the wiring to work. Other then that... everybody who's tried them seems to like them. I think i've only had 1 negative review on amazon and that was from a guy with a Nissan Frontier who tried 12 other products (I could have told him the nissan frontiers are TERRIBLE since I had a nissan frontier and know first hand those trucks don't work with ANYTHING aftermarket)

It's fine...

I just don't feel I should have to spend $10 just to offer an eval, or to compare it to a product I just purchases when I was completely happy with it.

It's not the $10 (or whatever the actual cost is), it's the principle. Like I said, if I liked them I would just keep them while having paid for them (free product would add a hint of bias, regardless of whether it was true or not).

Anyway, you have your reasons, and it's cool. Not taking it personally; The only reason I brought it up was it seemed a bit hypocritical to ask another vendor to do something you were unwilling to do.

I don't really know any vendor/company that would let you return a light after you used it AND pay for return shipping... other then Zappos, but I don't think you can wear the shoes and return them.

If you buy our product and truly are unhappy and contact us right away, we'd allow you to return it for a refund. But as I said, you're going to have to pay to ship it to us... that's just how business works.

We're not lookig for anybody to evaluate our product... we've sold thousands upon thousands of units that our customers speak on our behalf. I'm not offering you an "evaluation" hold on your CC... i'm saying if you don't like our product you can return it

I think you missed the point.

My intent was not to benefit from your product. I've had multiple products that were sent to me for review with return postage, or even for free (although again, the "free" part tends to taint an "unbiased" review as I would be benefiting, regardless if the "free" wasn't tied to a positive review). So I wouldn't think it was that uncommon.

I was not looking to purchase your product. If I were, your standard money back guarantee was certainly good enough for me. Remember, it was YOU who jumped in and told me the product I purchased was crap and that yours was far superior -- I didn't come to you, and to me that's a significant distinction.

But let's drop our part of the discussion as for me that's settled and see if we can get some kind of shootout going.. This thread is lively and I like it!

You just keep coming after me on every post I create, just like summers22 and it's just the two of you. We have to get off subject, every time. You don't even respect your fellow members. I invite every single one of you to stay on subject and for everyone to get along. Personally, I'm not here to argue with anyone.
No offence to you, I guess it's just the way you come across. Like a know it all and that your stuff is the best. It's just annoying I guess.

Look, I will leave you alone. I'm not interested in testing any lights though. I'm happy with what I have.

On the contrary you can ask other members that already placed some orders this week and I have told every single one of them we are here for the long run and to make great connections with everyone.

Why did you just contradict yourself?

Test all you want. HID doesn't belong in a reflector housing. Its proven there is glare. I'm sorry you cant understand that. These simple facts and the fact you just contradicted yourself and wont even acknowledge it, says enough for me.
