Default 2in spacer with 5in block?!!? what?!!

haha ok new idea and its not what it sounds like....since i have my lift and everything and still want a little more height im thinking about adding a 2in spacer ontop of the front strut and changing my near block from a 3in to a 5in

any suggestions on my idea?

and i think i would need to change the brake lines because they might be too short

Get a suspension lift your better off. Then again lifting a 2wd is pointless in my book.

He's already got the Procomp 6" Stage II, he's talking about putting a leveling kit on top of it.

Get the Fabtech FTSBK52 blocks. This will give you 1-piece 5" blocks for the rear that include the proper replacement for the factory bump stop arms that would have been included on a factory 4x4 model (you may also have to add the corresponding rubber frame bumpers if they're not already on your 2wd). They also make a kit you can order for the longer replacement u-bolts, or you can pick them up a local 4x4 shop.

On my FX4 they fit without changing the driveshaft or brake lines.

It should work. I have seen people do it but the ride is rough. Just take a look at your upper control arm, sway bar and rack and pinion angles after install. and of course post pics

thats what i want to do the 5in 1 piece blocks, and new u bolts. i know the back lines are long enough i am only concerned about the front brake lines...

and the rubber is there for the bump stop
