Anyone know? It's only when I've been driving does it get super cold. Just got a new baby and a little freaked out that it's to hot in it. Truck has 135k miles on it.

Not sure about your particular model but my 2006 5.4L Lariat does the same and I think it's a problem with the fan behind the condenser not generating enough air flow to do it's job. Once enough air flow is created by driving only then does my cab begin to cool nicely.
I'd love to put a better fan in place of the stock one if it would help.
