Default 2004 5.4 Limp Mode - Wrench Light Until Warmed Up

Hi I appreciate any help.

2004 F-150 5.4 4x4 Extended Cab 111,500 miles.

PROBLEM: Start the truck and the Check Engine Light is on and the Wrench Light On - Limp Mode, Low Throttle Power. Codes P2107 and P2110. Idles very low, no throttle. Drive truck 5-7 miles in limp mode to gas station. Turn truck off. Go in gas station. Come back out and pump $20 in gas. Get back in and Wrench light is off. Truck runs fine. Perfectly. No sounds. No rattles. No ticks. Truck runs perfectly.

REPLACED:
Throttle Body with FoMoCo OEM - No Difference
Throttle Body with A1 Cardone Tested Rebuilt - No Difference
All Plugs with Dialetric Grease
Checked visually for any wire breaks or shorting - none found.
Checked ECM for latest software version. No flashing/ update available.

Solutions?
Replace ECM? And have dealer put in my vin and mileage? $400 total cost :/
Could this be an exaust/ catalyic converter issue?

The hard part is the truck drives perfectly when it has warmed up. Any help or suggestions is appreciated. This truck is one of the first of the newer body styles with the drive by wire. Some signal is sending it into safe/limp mode. ?????

Thank you, although - already done. I'm going to reclean tomorrow. The wiring has been checked and I will re-inspect. I actually super cleaned all of the electrical connectors and the MAF as one of my final punchlist days.
