Sounds like the beginning of misfire ,the stutter that is . There is a circuit in pcm that throttles up for engine load such as a hard turn ,theres a switch on steering rack for that . Check all cop connections ,are conn locking on ? Clean cop connections . What plugs are you running now and how old are the boots . Rpm at idle should run 500 to 600 is it going real low before it dies .We need to see if you have vacuum leak or air getting in around the maf on filter box , there is a foam problem on filter box . Check for chafed wires to cops and injectors . They have standing 12vdc on them ,pcm just supplies pulse ground to them ,Wires do break inside insulation after flexing too many times .usually at a turn or corner . You can clean pcm pins with contact cleaner and make sure they are seated good .

Im probably going to sound like a dumbass but I have an odb2 scanner that is Bluetooth. I thought it was just for cel. So let me ask you this, will it record the data as I drive? It is a bafx odb 2.

It gives you raw data like misfire counts that are short of cel threshold by cyl so you can keep an eye on it . It will give you fuel trims etc . A bad injector shouldn't do this . You will get to see your o2 sensors and the raw volts changing .Right now you are flying blind .
Cleaning tb is always a good idea but it won't fix a bad motor or circuit board on it either which happened to me .
