My driver had more of a blue line than passenger. I was on HIDplanet and they all said this was normal. What bulbs are you using? I had to shim the 3Five bulbs, but the XB bulbs needed no shims. You want the hotspot on the step up area. Anything to the left or right will project wrong on the road. From your pic above, the passenger looks good and the driver looks to the left of the step up.

I'm using the 5k bulbs. The Xb bulbs I believe. I'm going to go in the road and play with the bulb. See if that does anything. I'm still learning. I love how bright they are. The high beams shine just as bright and far as my light bar does.

The shimming is the issue. If I lightly move the bulb it evens the beam out. Also I believe my driver side projector isn't 100% straight oh well. It's not coming back apart unless it has too lol.

I had to shim the 3Fives, not the XB'S. All it takes is some thin cardboard (like from the ballast box). Thats why some is cut-off, I shimmed the 3fives with it.

I pretty much leave my fog lights off now. If I have the fog lights on, and hit the high beam, the driver side high beam stays on until I turn the fog lights off.

With the low beam there plenty of light. I don't even need the fog lights. Before you could tell that they were on, now you can't.

Yep... didn't work. My passenger light is even worse now! Could this be due to the fact that I removed the vent holes on the backside of the housings? The little ones that are covered by black tape? Do I need to add a vent of some sorts? The driver light is doing fine no issues at all.. the passenger one is totally fogged up.

Removed the silicone from the holes where the wire is ran through. I still get condensation. Not as much but it's still there. I'm not sure what to do about it..
