2 metal lever like tabs that stick up above rear seat
 

What are these for are they how I remove the rear seat so I can put an amp back there? It is an 05 screw

It's hard to say without a picture, but they might be the child car seat hooks. For securing the top hook/strap of a child seat.

Are you referring to the tabs with straps at the top of this picture? Those are for attaching child seats with tether straps.
