2" leveling kit, what to get

I just install a 3" leveling kit to my truck, it looks nice, but i think 3" is to much, i want o use a smaller one and i'm looking for a 2" kit, but HBS don't have one.

What other brand should i look, with similar quality a and price??

I recommend getting a 2.5" from HellBentStell. This will give you height like the 3", but w/out all the problems that come w/ them. Plus, you can add an Add-A-Leaf (AAL) in the rear after you install the 2.5" upfront, and your truck will clear 35's and still have that factory "rake" look to it. Just my $.02

I would say keep the 3" and do the aal like he said. I have had the 3" HBS kit on my truck for coming up on 3 years now without a single problem. Avoids the hassle of replacement. Whatever you do, Im sure it will end up right. Buena Suerte.

I got a 2.5" kit from CCM Offroad for less than $70.00 and it's constructed very well.

I'll love to keep and add a 3" block later, but it seens like a lot of stress to urpper arm and the whole suspension.

I have heard this from a lot of people too. All I can say is I have had the kit on my truck for a while now without any problems - not even a torn boot. I use and abuse my truck regularly, on and off the road. The control arm does make contact with the spring when fully extended, but the contact is slight and has not caused any problems so far. It is always a good idea to go the safe way, but the 3" kit has served me very well the past years, and I have talked to others with the kit who have also had no problems at all. Like I said, whatever you choose to do will turn out right.

I haven't notice anything, but i'll like to be in the safe area, cause parts a expensive here, and get the shipping from USA is little high if the items weight much, and since we have F150 all parts are big and heavy :D

if you want to go a whole different route than the spacers I'm planning on getting the bilstein 5100 adjustable shocks. they run about 300+ just for the pair and can get you 1-2.5 inches of front end lift.

I used to have a 2.5" spacers on and it was great. My shocks and struts went out so I opted to go w/ the Rancho QuickLift RS9000xl in the front, RS9000xl in the rear. The truck rides great, adjustable shocks 1-9 setting. If you dont mind droppin some cash, this is a must mod instead of the spacers. The Rancho's are comparable to the Bilstein 5100 (although I have heard those were hard to come by; backordered).

Where did you buy your ranchos? the only reason I'm going with bilsteins is because I thought they were the only ones who made adjustable shocks
