2.5" or 3" leveling kit
2 Attachment(s)
hey im thinking of leveling my truck but im not sure if i shoud do a 2.5" or 3" level
based of this picture or experiance someone could help me also i want to put towing mirrors on but im a little tight on funds right now so im just taking the easy way out and putting little blind spot mirrors does anyone know the best location to put them that would help with 1.) blind spots and 2.) backing into parking spaces thank you |
2.5
i have 2.5 and if you look at the ball joints there already not at the best angle so 3 would just be askin to wear them out alot faster
Yeah I heard that 3" does that
Do you happen to have a pic of your truck that you could post on the thread? |

I have the 3" with 295/70r18 nitto terra grapplers. First pic is with worn out 275/65r18 second is with the new tires
Do the three in other words.
have you had any kind of wear on your joints that you know of or have you not had it on that long?
also with a 2.5" level what would be the largest tire size i could get ive heard 32-33" but im not sure, i would want to keep the stock rims just bigger BFG all-terain tires preferably the largest i can go without rubbing
2" leveling kit or Bilstein 5100's. Tunaslayer and many others will back me on this. Less stress will make you a lot happier in the end.
I have the 2 and run 295 70 17. 2 is good if you tow any kind of load.
Get the 2.5 and call it a day.
