Default 150 Vibration

I have an 05 Extended Cab. I have been trying to trace down a drivetrain vibration. The tires have been balanced and trued, had problems with the front dif - but that was solved. The next step is to double check the drive shaft. But, my real question is does anyone know of any factory problems with drivetrain vibration on these trucks. Anything that may have come from the original setup. The truck has an automatic with a 5.4 liter. I believe there are 4:10 gears in the rig as well. The front end has been checked out and everything appears to be in good shape. Any help would be appreciated.

May sound weird but the rear diff clutch pack if you have limited slip case a vibration on acceleration and a skip when turning! Wheel bearings are know for going out from IWE failing as well!
