Default +15 vs +25 offset

Is there a noticeable difference between the two? I have an 07 f150 reg cab and im going to get 275/70r18 rugged terrains on 18x9 wheels. My issue is that I want the tires to stick out as far as I can get them, but in my price range these are the two offsets i have to work with. The +25 are $100 each, while the +15 are $120 each. Will the difference between +15 and +25 be noticeable enough to justify the $20 difference? thanks

will I have any rubbing issues with -12 offset and 275/70r18 tires on a stock 2007 f150 2WD? I can get a level if needed, but Id like to wait until the wheels/tires are put on.
