As stated above, there has to be something wrong. If you had that nice of a truck and really wanted to sell it you would post pictures and give an accurate description. I mean it looks nice, but that is not what is described. I would pass as its not some amazing deal that you would lose sleep over.
One possible option would be to see if the person will text you pictures and ask a crap ton of questions, you should be able to tell from their response and attitude. May or may not help, but could make the choice easier, but with how easy it is to find a used truck for sale, its probably not even worth your time.

Every time I see the "oil changed every 3000 miles", it is almost always a curbstoner that is jumping titles, so he will have no clue about the history of the vehicle. Make sure the title is in the sellers name and that he is not selling it for a friend if you decide to move further on the deal. Look up curbstoning if you do not know what it is because it is a real problem on Craigslist.
