Default emissions test tomorrow, retune?

Hey guys gonna take my truck to get its emission test done tomorrow morning. I was just wondering of I should chnage my tune from lvl 3 back to stock? Or should I be fine? I have no codes or anything being thrown. And its a obd2 test if that helps.

Thanks

Were there any codes? Or it was cause the tuner 100%? And which state is that in? I'm in Illinois, not sure if that makes a difference
