Default 08' F-150 FX4 rear lift question.

I just put a 3-1/2" leveling kit in the front of my truck and now I need to bring the rear up to level it out. My question is which is better? Using 3" rear blocks? Or keep the factory 2" blocks and just add a 1" lift shackle? any suggestions?

TIA

What do you mean at a dangerous angle? dangerous how? Now I'm going to have to check to see for sure if they're 3" or 3 1/2" spacers. However if it turns out that they're only 3" spacers does that still effect the truck the same negative way? Any info would be most appreciated and the more the merrier!

TIA!

Do you notice how close your UCAs are to the strut assy? That could be a problem especially driving over any uneven ground like off-road, potholes or even speed bumps. Also yeah, your cv shafts being at such an increased angle will cause serious pre-mature wear, also to the ball joints, tie rod ends and sway bar end links.

I just put a 2" level kit on my 08 XLT 4wd and I'm glad I didn't go any bigger. A 3.5" level kit would have made it ugly (in more ways than one). Why not just put a complete lift on it instead of a 3.5" level and rear blocks?

Anything more than a 2" level causes extreme angles and wears CVS and ball joints way faster than stock.

There is absolutely nothing wrong with blocks under the leaf springs.

A 3" block will put you 1" higher in the rear if you pull the stock block.

My 4" bds lift uses a 4" block. And I've had zero issues with it. Never heard of anyone even with the 5-6" blocks have an issue either.
