Default '07 F150 5.4L Planned Mods - Need Iput

Ok, so if you want story, go to my intro thread. I'll keep it short here. Got an 07 F150 XLT 4x4 w/ the 5.4L 3V. Looking to do some mods/bolt-ons/engine work to get a good amount more HP/TQ. Here's what I know I need to do so far, I'm looking for stuff you guys know of that I've missed or should think about (**Need your input**).

Mods:
E-Fan
Gott's

Exhasut (2.5"):
Dynatech SuperMaXX long tube headers
Magnaflow Hi-Flow Cats (2x for 'true' dual set up)
Magnaflow X-Pipe
Borla XR-1 Racing Mufflers
Magnaflow 3" tips (turned out 45 degrees on each side)

Engine:
Roush F150 CAI
COMP XFI SPR Cams (Duration 256/267, Lift .523/.538)
COMP Cam Phasers/Valve Springs/Retainers
**Forged Pistons** (unsure as to what manufacturer/size)
**Throttle Body** (same as pistons)
**Injectors**
EVENTUALLY Edlebrock E-Force Supercharger

MISC:
4.88 gears
Rancho 4" Lift w/ RS9000XL Shocks
35" BFG AT Tires on 17" American Racing Teflon Rims
Custom dyno-tuned with Edge CS tuner

So, what am I missing? Looking to get as much power off the stock block before putting a supercharger on as safely/reliably as possible.

Not really, they'll kill highway MPG, but they will still cruise 65 under 3K RPM.

Truck doesn't see a whole lot of highway use. I'm not opposed to 4.56 however.

With that cam wouldnt it work better with some p/p heads as well. Because all know most stock heads anymore flow like ***. Or atleast the stock heads i have dealt with in the past. Any reason you need forged pistons? Other than to change compression. With s/c applications i have ran i ran stock bottom end including pistons n rods with no issues. Just my thoughts.

Probably? Heads aren't something I know to well so I'd love to hear input on those.

As for forged pistons, yes, my thinking in those was while I had the engine torn apart anyways, I might was well swap over to forged pistons to support higher compression when I get a supercharger.

My main concern here is having fun and getting power, but doing so in a smart way where the engine is still reliable.

How much HP/TQ are you looking to gain from all of these bolt ons? Basically, what is your goal?

I'd like to be at +/- 435/500 RWHP/RWTQ reliably before the supercharger.
