Default 07 4x4 help????

I need some help, not sure where to start. Went to lunch, truck running great. On the way back, stopped at a light, truck revved and slamed into gear, sounded like something going in in transmission for a few seconds, then drove fine. Got to my construction yard and stopped to check it out. starts and idles fine, put in gear and dies, but acts like it wants to move, but is being bogged down. Reverse does pretty much nothing unless i sit there and keep trying. If i give it some gas it will slowly go into gear but goes and stops then goes and stops or just acts like its in nuetral. Ran codes, I have P0191, P0713 & P0731. I know the 191 refers to the fuel rail system, and the other two have to do with the trans. Any advice on where I should start? Fuel or trans? The trans fluid looks good and clean... I have seen these issues on other threads, but they were having different symptoms it seemed like, sorry if this comes off as a repeat, but I need some quick reliable help. Thanks.

Default 07 4x4 help????

Torque converter stuck in lock mode would be my guess. Its equivalent to trying to take off in 5th gear with a manual tranny. Depending on your mileage, a new tranny and torque converter may be in order.
