Yep, very easy on these trucks. Remove the wheel, brake caliper, pads and caliper carrier. Remove the dust cap and axle nut (it's only on there by 20ft-lbs). Pull the brake rotor off and remove the 4 bolts from the back side of the steering knuckle that hold the hub/bearing assembly on. Disconnect the ABS sensor wire and pull the hub/bearing off.
Assembly is the reverse of removal. Torque all bolts to proper specs.
