Default 06 5.4L dies at idle with steering wheel cranked

I have a 2006 f150 5.4L I have had problem after problem for the last couple months. I've had to do cam phasers, tensioners, timing chain again, I got it back, still idled really rough. I cleaned the throttle body and MAF, no change. CEL came back on, took it back to the guy that fixed it. He changed the o2 sensor and cmp actuator. Got it back. It runs great most of the time until I go to parallel park or back into the driveway. It only happens at idle or very little gas, idles really low/ rough and then dies. I was thinking maybe the IAC? Any thoughts or experience with this?

Sounds like your ECM is still relearning its parameters. Look up "drive cycles" and complete a few. Truck should relearn in a week-ish.

Also, there is no IAC on 5.4 3V

When was the powersteering last serviced? Could be an issue with the pump. When you turn full lock, the pressure inside the rack spikes significantly. This can definitely cause a stalling issue.

Sounds like what I'm dealing with right now. I'm leaning towards the TPS...
