Default 06 4.6 p0191. Help.not the fpdm or fuel pressure sensor

I have 06 f150 with the 4.6 and I keep getting the p0191 code multiple times a day and I clear it with my programmer. It will idle funny sometimes when you start it up especially with the air conditioning on. I've replaced the fpdm a couple years ago and even tried a new one the other day to see if it made a difference and it didnt. I've also replaced the fuel rail pressure sensor. And makes no difference. The fuel pump is about 3 years old. I'm at a loss and dont know what to do next. Any help is greatly appreciated

Default should i even ask about the fuel filter

Of course you cleaned all the connectors . torque pro with android phone and bluetooth reader will give fuel pressure readings .

Default P0191

It seems to run normal.idling is usually what the problem is. This may have nothing to do with it but it started right after I had dual exhaust put on the truck.the driver side pipe runs close to a couple lines coming from the fuel tank but nothing's melted.could that have anything to do with it? I appreciate everybody's help

Thought so .
Yes I would worry about excessive heat on fuel lines causing all sorts of problems . I would shield lines /pipes to block heat can't hurt to do that . Hose clamps and alum shields .

Default Fuel lines p0191

The lines that they run close to come from the fuel tank and run to the canister in the back of the truck.so I'm not sure if it would actually effect those.but it's just weird that the same day the exhaust was done it started doing it

Default Keep Going!

This thread is very interesting. I have also changed virtually everything and still have the dreaded P0191. How did this end?
