What is Supposed to Illuminate in the Driver's Window Switch Panel?
I have a 2004 F150 that I purchased recently. When I bought the truck, the lights in the window switch panel did not work, none of them. After spending some money getting the mechanical aspects of the truck in good condition, I have been trying to make some cosmetic fixes. So, I purchased a used window switch panel that came with the lock switches and also the power mirror switch. When the part came in, very few of these switches illuminated.
My question is, what lights are actually supposed to illuminate. I know the window switches have lights soldered into the panel and the locks have the same. But, does the power mirror switch have any lights? What about the window lock switch at the bottom of the panel?
Any help would be greatly appreciated.

I'm still not 100% but I do know the PW and PL switches are to illuminate.
Unsure of the PW lock out or the PM but I'm leaning towards they do not.
The rear door PW switches do not illuminate if the lock out is used.

I think your good. On my xlt, just the windows and lock button light up. The windows child lock and the power mirror do not light.
That is pretty cool that the other windows buttons go dark when the child lock is on. I never noticed that before.
