05 f150 rotors and bearings
I just hit 200k on my 05 lariat. Its time to replace rotors and pads. Last time I changed them I bought the cheap ones from Autozone and its been less than two years and I get a wobble when Im braking. Its especially noticeable when going down hill.
So I was wondering where some of you got your rotors from. I called parts geek and they sell the rotors and bearings but not already pressed in. AutoZone has centric rotors with already pressed in rotors but this last set was lousy. Now Ford sells OEM's but for 240 a piece.
So if any of you bought rotors with already pressed in bearings please let me know where you got them. thanks in advanced.

I hung a set from Napa on my 05 2WD when I had it. Bearing held up well until I totaled the truck (not at fault). Is your vibration in the steering wheel or pedal?

On my 06 2WD I went with the Centric Brake Conversion Kit with separate hubs and rotors. 65,000 miles on the centric rotors and hubs with no complaints.

I used Bosh on the front of my 05 about 2.5 years ago, no issues. Got them at O'riley's.
As I write this post, taking a break....or brake.....I am replacing the rear rotors (originals with 150K, still in decent shape) with Bosh as well.
I am also replacing all brake pads with Wagner Ceramics (front is still ok, just want all the same), hope this will reduce brake dust.
Also doing a brake system flush and thorough once over and flushing the power steering system as well.
Hope it works out for you, oh, and the Bosh assemblies come with a 3 year warranty as well.
