Default 05 5.4 screw cab blinker issue

Hey guys was hoping someone can help so I just put new headlights on my 05 5.4 and then realized that the drivers side blinker on my mirror is illuminated. As well as the arrow on the dash no other light is brighter than normal running light brightness. Hazards will not work and the passenger side works normal. I have been through all the bulbs I even thought it was the flasher relay but when I unplugged it the mirror light and dash light were still illuminated any help is greatly appreciated thank you

I was just thinking something got unhooked when you swapped the headlights. Might also be a bad turn signal switch. Apply the brakes and see if the left brake light works. If not, then it's probably the turn signal switch.

That is correct I am still using the same stock bulb sockets. That's why I'm so confused on how this happened it's gotta be just coincidence though. I'm really thinking it's my mirror turn signal messing everything up is there a relay for just those signals since they are led or not cuz like I said the drivers mirror signal is illuminated and the arrow for my signal on the dash is illuminated but no other light on that said is. I mean I have running lights on that side but if I turn on my turn signal it does nothing lights all stay the same and if I unplug the turn signal relay the drivers side still shows it's on on the dash and the mirror signal still is illuminated

Actually I just noticed for the first time this morning that the back does illuminate when I turn on the signal but not the front
