Have a 2004 f150 fx4 extended cab with 35's. had an issue this morning, cranked the truck up and went to put in reverse and it threw a code saying output shaft sensor. well tried backing up and it would just rev up and go nowhere. now on level ground it rolls backwards but when you give it gas its like riding the clutch in a stick shift, does the output sensor have anything to do with it. when i gave it fuel trying to back up another code popped up on my programmer saying throttle actuator control, forced limited power and then truck started running like it was only half them motor with im guessing it is. and then obd p1000 dianostics not completed i cleared the output shaft code this morning but on the way to work it still ran like crap. Can anybody help me please.

Just by chance, did u try setting everything back to stock on your programmer... If so, try cleaning your throttle body. Sounds to me like u might have a short..
