K so there is a 04 fx4 extended cab with the two half doors. It has the 6.5 bed and no rust that I can see from the pictures. They want 2 grand for this truck it has the 5.4 with 112k miles. Is that a good price its stock fx4...

I'd buy it in the spot if it's right. Something has to be wrong. Body damage? Interior gone? Salvage title? I'd look it over hard. Sometimes if it's to good to be true it probably is.

The part about it is if anything a wrong with it is everything is the same as my truck except mines not a fx4 its just a 4x4. But it has the same paint so I can change some parts over if all else fails but I just want to see if I can get them down to 1500

As long as "they" are'nt some craigs list nigerian scammers then yes thats a great price but Im super suspicious because I paid over 9 G's for my 04 last yr. Same truck. Be cautious because that just seems way too low. Somethings up with it like no title or flood car or something. Pictures meaning you have'nt seen it in person so if you do than bring a friend and your handgun. Im not kidding! They might be looking to see if you have some cash on you

I find it hard that the truck is $2k... Did you talk to the seller or was that the price you saw? Very easily could have been a misclick when the truck was posted. If its really $2k then go to the bank, get $2k and buy it, I can't see them taking $1500

Get the sellers name if you can and google check them. I checked into a craigslist seller a couple weeks ago that had a mustang that looked pristine but the price made me kinda concerned. Turned out that she had the same car posted in at least 6 states. Good luck.
