It is. I did notice that when I got the car. Is this a common tweak? I've seen a number of f150s with bumpers bent the same way. It's not worth a new rear bumper for me to fix a little tweak that doesn't bother me that much. I tried to bend it back, but it just springs back to the bent position every time.

No its not a common tweak. Only from people getting hit and backing into ****. And these bumpers are on adjustments

i got in a wreck a few weeks ago and it pushed it all the way to the bed i was told they are on adjustments. search on google.
