Now correct me if im wrong..if you have a vaccum leak, it wont idle and if you step on gas it runs better. Thats not whats happening....it runs bad all the way up in rpm...

vacuum hoses, and a healthy tank of fuel injector cleaner are the easy, first-steps.

Two cans of Techron or Gumout, anything with P.E.A. Lots of driving/heat cycles to let it soak and get the crud loose.

Maybe a new fuel filter, as well.

if you have a good scanner it will pick it up and show a pending code, just had that last week, it was intermittent at idle, i had recently replace plugs so i just swapped the coil

Clean all your connectors replace all conn that do.t lock on ,use contact cleaner. Burnish all cop terminals . Did you replace boots on plugs They age and degrade with heat /oil.What kind of plugs do you have in there . Trash/ liquid in plug well, dirty plug porcelain . Are they torqued 25 to 28 foot pounds ,loose plugs common .

A cheap scanner is Torque pro$5 app / android phone / cheap amazon Bluetooth reader . It will tell you under test results the raw miss fire computer counts each cyl and threshold to set cel ..
