Very easy to do. Found a how to on youtube. Very straight forward. Just make sure on the front spindle nut torque, 295lb. You'll need a 3/4" wrench.

I've been running the Centric hubs for about 60k miles. I've replaced the right side twice. The first one I tightened to the 295 and it barely moved freely. It lasted about 20k. The second one I tightened to about 250lbs. This time around I did about 200lbs. I suggest torquing in steps and ending up somewhere between 200 & 250.
