04 f150 4.6 L - rough idle -severe shaking in reverse and 1st

CEL is on. Codes are P0303 and P0316. We have changed the spark plugs , coils , fuel injector, pigtail/ connector.

And now it shakes worse than ever . It is worse when we turn on the A/C.. in fact freeze frame shows 98% load.

Any ideas???

Have you tried the mass air flow sensor on the intake filter assembly?

MAF was 28.5 g/s and was filthy. After I cleaned it, MAF is 13.12 g/s.

The signal wire to coil #3 did not have good connection. Replaced wire. Then had a 0305 code . Changed coil and spark plug, then got a 0306 code. Changed plug . Getting another 2 new coils today. Still have 0303, 0316. So I guess I will change 3 again...
this is so frustrating!!

Cannot figure out the p0303 and 0316 . Swapped the #3 and #2 injectors and still got 0303 and 0316 did not code on cyl 2. The exhaust pipe threw out chunks of black stuff and condensation about 10 times then stopped (clogged injector? Or cylinder???))
