Speed doesnt matter with these trucks one bit. That 5.4 would probbably pull you backwards though

Some people can't afford the custom retrofits. Before I purchased my retrofit I had hid bulbs in stock housings and never got pulled over once for it. I've also driven around with my KC hid off-road lights on too and never once got pulled over for it.
