Mine rubs my back well & fender flare bad enough that it's broke the flare loose at the bottom. I'm putting the bushwhacker extend a flares on mine soon however.
I'm going to have to trim a little bit there, but that's OK.
A lot of people trim in the two places that you've mentioned.

I am just going to take tomorrow off work and install the lift. Not even gonna drive it till it is done and will determine if any trimming is required after that. I will post pics of the finished project when it is done...hopefully saturday at some point. I honestly didn't think it would rub at all since it is leveled and I have seen several of these trucks with the set up I currently have on it and hadn't heard of rubbing issues. Such is life...
