Since this thread got bumped back up... I finished mine since I last posted.





The only things left I could see myself doing are just painting a few things, like the ovals and fender/tailgate emblems. If I see a good sale maybe a head unit upgrade. Not rushing to do any of that though, as far as I'm concerned, I'm done. All of the main things I wanted to do I have done.

Ah dang I can understand that and I'm gonna have to pick up some 2 sided tape or some thick weatherstripping when I put on my piece of aluminum

Just finished upgrading my tunes. It was by necessity as the original amp died. Went into protect mode and just never returned.

Original install was done by some asshat stereo shop.

Upgraded to 4ga, relocated amp behind the back seat on a slab of mdf and changed out my crappy mbquart 10's for some Rockford fosgate p3 2ohm 12's in a downfiring sealed box. By far the best bass I've ever heard come out of my truck.
