Default Your cost for Line-X or Rhino?

Best I can find around here is right at $400.00. I have gotten four quotes now and they are all in the same ballpark. Two Rhino and Two Line-X

Best was Line-X @399 with a special, worst was Rhino @450 from a 4x4 shop.

Sounds good to me.
I paid $540 for Line-X premium for my 6.5' bed.

There was a special at a local place last year that is known for doing good work. They had a deal on 1/4 inch Rhino for $300 on 5.5 bed, and $350 on 6.5 bed. Still to this day I'm shooting myself in the foot for not jumping on that deal. I can't find anything for less than $400 now.

My truck is getting linexed as we type. I'm paying $515 for premium on 5'5" bed. Not much to compare to around here. I don't think it's a bad price.

I paid $495 for an over-the-rail premium Line-X, at Line-X... in Aug 2006.
At that time the Dodge dealer had quoted me $500 for an under-the-rail Line-X, $600 for over-the-rail.

I was quoted $650 for under-the-rail premium or $550 for standard Line-X at a 4x4 shop... in Dec 2011.

In my experience, bed size is not a consideration. I guess the material itself is inexpensive and the prep-work is more highly valued.
I would say prep-work is minimal for an under-the-rail like a new F150 needs so I would balk at much more than $500 for premium. JMO!
I would be happy at $515.

$400 is killer! Is that for standard or premium Line-X?

I paid $492 after tax to get the basic under the rail Line-x sprayed in my 5.5 bed last Friday. All the local dealers were charging about the same thing within $5 or so of each other.

LineX under rail $475, less $50 for not doing the tailgate (truck has "Man-Step") plus an online coupon for $25 off. Total was $400 then I paid $99 extra for the "Premium" for a total of $499.

The Ford dealer wanted $499 for standard LineX and $125 additional for premium.

It does seem to vary in different parts of the country.
