Default Yearlong trip to Mexico, etc. Starting build with 100k maintenance

I've decided to leave it all behind and take my tiny dog and my 2010 FX4 Screw with 81k miles on a year-long "overland" tour of places south of the border.

So I'm going to start with doing the usual 100k maintenance a bit early plus a few other things. I've listed the "1st Phase" plan below, which is mostly taken from the Ford-recommended manual. If you're interested, please take a look and advise on anything else I should look into doing.

Note: I plan to address tires and suspension in "2nd Phase" of this project.

Replace/Clean
Engine Oil Change
Clean or Replace Mass Airflow Sensor
Clean or Replace Throttle Body
Flush/Replace Coolant
Flush/Replace Brake Fluid
Flush/Replace Transmission Fluid
Flush/Replace Power Steering Fluid
Flush/Replace Transfer Case Fluid
Flush/Replace Differential Fluid?
Replace Timing Belt
Replace Spark Plugs
Replace Drive Belts
Replace Spark Plug Wires
Replace PCV Valve
Replace Fuel Filter
Replace Radiator Cap

Check and Replace if Needed
Brake system (pads, rotors, drums, lines)
Hoses, wires, tubes

Not sure if it applies to the 09-10, but the coolant T connector is prone to leak. Mine just went at 76k. There is a silicone elbow Pegasus racing makes to replace it, $30. May be worth replacing if you're draining the coolant anyway.

You do not have a timing belt but rather a chain. If you're gonna go through replacing, make sure you replace all tensioners and guides with it. The 4.6 and 5.4 were more prone to timing components failures but it may not be necessary to do this.

The fuel filter is internal in the tank, so there is no filter you can change.

If you care about visibility, those headlights you ordered suck. Ask me how I know. Also, stick with an OEM filter as a K&N unit is not going to do squat but contaminate your intake system if its oiled. I wouldn't take any chances since you'll be god knows where.

Would you happen to have a part #? This hasn't happened to me yet, but I'd like to get ahead of it (much like fuse 27).

I’m not trying to be a Debby downer but I really don’t recommend traveling by car/truck on the roads of northern Mexico. I wouldn’t even recommend it to my enemies.
A lot of bad stuff going on all the time. It is Very dangerous out there. If the bad guys like your truck they will take it away from you and if you are extremely lucky you get to walk back home .
I recommend you travel some where else.

Replace tires with new ten ply off road models
By a heavy duty battery.
Take a tire repair kit for putting in plugs in case of punctures
