The OP stated he left the panels right on. He cut the vinyl a little larger and tucked it all around the edges.

By the way, read his comment above, he couldn't get the options he wanted and it was before Ford started the NEW luxury and appearance package. He didn't say there wasn't a luxury package.

Thanks. I think I'm just gonna do like funmoney said and get the adhesive-backed carbon fiber and do a stencil cut so I don't have to remove anything. This is a basic flat surface so it should be very easy to do it this way.
