Default F250 Flashing Dome Light, and TPS Fault

I put in Atomic Running lights, and OEM Fog Lights in my 2011 F250. the Atomic LEDs were a fairly easy install, the oem fog lights needed a new BCM, which meant being programmed at the dealer. the truck was a paperweight when i finished the install, and needed to be programmed at the dealer, after the reprogram, i have a TPS Fault, and a flashing dome light, I have removed the led's, and all wiring associated with them, and the problem is still there any ideas?

This is interesting - I too would like to know what @F150 TRUCKER learned about the issue. I installed the Atomic Game Changer LED Strobe system on my '12 F150 and in addition to a flashing dome light the truck periodically thinks that a door is open, thus setting off the alarm at random times. I ended up removing the Atomic system however I still have the dome light issue and now I too have a TPMS fault - despite the sensors all being in good working order. I'd love to know what you learned.
