I bought a new tailgate that had the backup camera emblem on it so i decided to get a rear view mirror with a LCD Screen in it, and do the wiring myself to install it on my 2009 screw xlt f150.

But when I pulled the harness out from the bottom of my tailgate i could not figure out which wires are the power, ground, and the 2 RCA's. I dont know which year of truck the tailgate is off.



From what i can see i have 3 fat white wires, Purple w/ orange stripe, Grey w/ purple stripe, Black w/ green stripe, and inside the shield is, Grey w/ green stripe, Orange w/ purple stripe, and Black.

Any help on identifying any of these wires would be greatly helpful, ive searched forums and the internet and not found anything getting me any closer to figuring this out.
