So I've got to get three 14 gauge wires through the firewall and need another location. I've already cut and run wires through the little nipples on each one. The passenger one is full so it the drivers side. Anyone know of other locations I can get wires through? Or can I just cut the side of the grommet open to run something else through it? Any help is appreciated. I found a few pics online of where I've run them already. This isn't my truck, but the same locations I've run them already.

Or poke a hole through the rubber directly (careful not to hit other wires)

The nipples are completely cut off. So I can just cut the sides of the grommet as well?

go under the truck and come in via the holes under each door sill. that's where my AMP running boards tap in as well as the wires for my rear air bags.

I would just make a cut in the grommet and run them through there. Why is there 4ga wiring through both sides already?

Those are random pics of the grommets I found online. I have 3 12ga wire running through each and a 12ga power cable running in one on top of the others. Not much more room for 3 more 12ga wrapped cable.

The entire grommet is a pass thru for the cutting, and as already mentioned, you can always go down bypassing the firewall and up thru the floor, there are holes on both sides with no grommet, just covered over with what appears to be tape of the same consistency as masking tape.

Forgive the revive, but how in the world is the passenger side wire being fed through? I can't find the grommet in the cab, does the dash have to come out? Thank you
