Question Wiring Backup Camera/Monitor in 2014 XLT Super Cab

So i've searched around on forums trying to find this answer but not having luck finding clear answer. Bought this backup camera and mirror/monitor:

Amazon.com : Rostra 250-8600 Ford F150/F250/F350/F450 CMOS Camera with Tailgate Handle : Vehicle Backup Cameras : Car Electronics Amazon.com : Rostra 250-8600 Ford F150/F250/F350/F450 CMOS Camera with Tailgate Handle : Vehicle Backup Cameras : Car Electronics

Amazon.com : Boyo VTM43TC 4.3 OE style rear view mirror monitor with compass & temperature : Car Electronics Amazon.com : Boyo VTM43TC 4.3 OE style rear view mirror monitor with compass & temperature : Car Electronics

The mirror has wires for 12v, ground, and reverse trigger. Camera has reverse power and ground. Sounds like for the camera i could tap into the reverse lights or trailer lights but it has long cable and directions talk about connecting it somewhere up in cab (but dont say exactly where). For the mirror I have it already installed and have the 12v power and ground connected over into passenger side fuse box. Question is:

Where can i connect the reverse power wire for both of them in the cab, preferably on the drivers side? What color is wire, etc?

Thanks!

Did you ever get this figured out and hooked up? I'm looking at buying the exact same setup and curious how it turned out.
