Default Wireless Front/Rear Parking Sensors

Hi,

I've been looking for easy to mount front parking sensors for my 2013 F-150 EcoBoost and think I've found a new product that will do that. It's called FenSens and you can find more information at www.FenSens.com. I went ahead and purchased one for $99 after speaking to them about it's suitability on the front bumpers offset plate mount location(the sensor is hidden in a license plate frame). I was told it would work well there for objects in front of the truck but might miss side-objects on the right side of the truck. No big deal IMHO. I will return to review it once I receive it but thought some of you might be interested in this device for your truck.

Interesting. I hate that my 13 didn't come with front sensors and the design of the hood is such that I can never figure out how close I am to objects when parking. On multiple occasions I have parked and there was like 3 feet from the wall in the parking garage at work. Nothing worse than parking, getting out, realizing you are too far back, get back in and move forward more.

Really interested in your review. My Ram had front sensors that made parking in tight spots easy but my new Lariat does not.

You'll be waiting several months for that review since it doesn't release until around May of 2017.

I just installed my FenSens Wireless Parking Sensor frame on the front of my F-150 today and am pretty impressed so far. The frame paired very easily with the phone app and I quickly got real-time visual and audio alerts via my iPhone. This was the only feature I was missing on my 2013 Platinum. There are a few bugs they're currently working out with the QuickTap button(separate button that wakes up the phone and launches the app) but I'm willing to wait for the fix as it doesn't prevent the app from working. I have also noticed that when my phone's paired to SYNC, the app looses the audio alerting but not the visual portion. I'm including two pictures. One of the frame and another of how close the sensor will stop you at the 2-red bar mark.
