...my last 2 sets of blades were Bosch, then Rain-X. Have to say that the new-design stock blades on my '12 FX-2 have so far outperformed any brand I've had to date.
Who would have thunk ?

I agree about the Bosch wipers. I've had the same set of Bosch on my 2010 for about 2-1/2 years. They are certainly better than the stock ones.

I had Bosch Icon blades on my Ranger. Haven't had to change the stock ones on my F150 yet but when I do they'll be Bosch. I'm in WA, we get a lot of rain in the winter, Bosch is a winner.

My dad had a problem with his Ram that seemingly no matter what kind of wiper he put on his driver side, it chattered to no end. After about a dozen different attempts (new stock, NAPA, TRICO, Rain-X, etc.) I told him to try Bosch. No chatter anymore. They're spendy though and he's cheap, so he has a Bosch on the driver side and a cheap one on the passenger side, lol.

I live in Vancouver where it rains basically everyday for 9 months out of the year. It's raining right now as I type this!

I have tried all the high end wipers but turns out the cheap ones with the metal frame last the longest and work the best. I would get 6 months out of bosch wipers but witht he cheaper ones, I can get a year easy.

You are Pacific, I am Atlantic.... I find the same. Lots of rain...raining now. I use the cheapeat I can get. $10 specials at Wal-Mart or Canadain Tire. I have found I can get a year from them. Change them just before winter every year and good to go.... And if they freeze to the windshield and tear.... no biggie. I always keep a spare set behind my rear seat....just ijn case

Reflex Hybrid.

The stock wiper blades aren't bad for water, but when add some dirt to the mix they can't cope.
