Just an FYI for those of you who have not hit 12 months or 12,000 miles, you can get a free set of wiper blades as a warranty item. It's in your warranty manaul.

Quoting from the Maintenance/Wear section:
"Where a vehicle has no factory-related defect, and is therefore not
entitled to a warranty related repair, replacement or adjustment, it is
Ford policy nonetheless to provide certain maintenance items, when
necessary, free of charge during a limited period:
wiper blade replacements will be provided during the first 12 months
in service, regardless of miles driven

• wheel alignments and tire balancing (unless required by a warranty
repair) will be provided during the first 12 months or 12,000 miles in
service, whichever occurs first
• Brake pad/lining replacements will be provided during the first
12 months or 18,000 miles in service, whichever occurs first"

The worst thing you can do for your wiper blades is to NOT use them.
Regardless of brand, if you squirt a little wiper juice on them every morning when you leave your house they'll last for a couple years. I know this from experience.
Leave them sit still for a few weeks and they begin to dry rot from not bending & flexing.
Get into the habit of squirting your windshield a little bit every day and your blades will last for a couple years.

I always got the Bosch icons on my f350. My new Platinum has wipers that look exactly like the Bosch ones. I will see how good they work in the winter. The dealer told me they were a new design.

I have been using the Rain X ones for the last year and they work great, no streaks and even pressure. I will say that their sizing is a bit of as it said I needed a 20" and could have easily gone with a 21 or 22".

That would make sense since the stock size should be 22"? Their chart is whacked I assume.
