Nebraska is nothing below 5" from the top of the windshield down. I would really love to do like 50% on my windshield but I just cant bring my self to spend money on something that a cop could tell me I have to remove.

Check state law for medical exemptions. In South Carolina you can get a medical exemptions from any physician or optometrist. That's my plan bc it really does help me with glare at night.

Looks great! Been meaning to get my windshield done too. I got my front ones to match the back, but wish I'd gone a little darker. How much did you pay for the windshield if you don't mind me asking?

I had done the same but the tint they used left a slightly blue hue that I did not care for, so I pulled it off. It definitely kept the heat out. Yours doesn't look to have that hue from your pic of the inside.
Not to hijack this thread, but I'm interested in that gauge swap you did there. PM sent.

My state will make you tow the car and get it removed before it can be driven again. Getting a doc to sign off will not allow windshield tint, just darker sides (here)

Anyone who is worried about it being dark can also go with Llumar Air Blue / Clear.

Your truck looks great.

I did 50% because I lived in occupied IL at the time. Since I have moved to SE OH and now wish I went a little darker since it doesn't seem to be something they enforce looking at all the blacked out windows down here. It is a freaking oven down here in summer.
