Default Windshield Sun Screen

Dumb question I know...been to three auto parts stores and have bought several sun shades for my '11 F150 SCrew. None of them fit - all too small or are awkward in shape relative to the windshield and dash and the shade will not stay in place.

Where/what do you guys use for your trucks? The sun is going to ruin my truck if I don't get something soon. Thx.

Recommendations...

I picked mine up from Walmart. It's two separate pieces, but the pieces can be folded together into a small circular shape for easy storage. I used them in my '08 F150, and they fit pretty good. I don't have my '13 yet, so haven't had the chance to try them in the current body style F150. I can't imagine the windshields would be that different in size, though. Sorry, but I don't remember the brand of what I got. I just know I got it from Walmart, it's two pieces, can be folded into a circle for storage (it came packaged that way), and the pieces are silver on one side and black on the other.

I use the cheap $8 jumbo size one from Wally world. It's not an exact fit, but i's close enough, and does fill the windshield, holds in place with the visors, and is easy to store. I think the brand it AE.

Heatshield bought off Amazon. It's made to custom fit your truck so it fits perfectly

This is what I use and it works well enough for the price. I may try to find one later but there is no way I am paying $40 for some of these custom fit ones that I have seen.

35% tint on the windshield works great on mine for reducing heat

I'd love to tint my windshield but cops around here are bad enough with just the front windows.

...after considering CoverCraft & HeatShield, went with custom-fits from WeatherTech.
Perfect F150 fit & finish---same made in USA quality as found in their DigiFit Liners.

I also use the $8.00 jumbo ones from Walmart. Not a perfect fit, but they work.
