Window washer fluid not working

Ford Tech
Work at a Ford dealer and we use a mix of about 3/4 water and 1/4 washer fluid, with it being in the single digits this week in Northeast Ohio I have countless people come in saying their washers don't work. Needless to say that they are frozen. Some hot water warms it up, even got tipped $10 to unfreeze it, and put 100% washer fluid in.

I always use this stuff in the winter. It will even thaw your current reservoir if it's frozen.

Had the same thing and i was bout to freak and take it back to dealer right after i bought it but i pipped the hood and noticed the rubber hise was kinked where it had a clip on the firewall. Moved it so it didnt kink and its been good now for 20 thousand miles. Just a quick check.

Wow so funny i though i was crazy ok i have minus 40 in mine driving i have to push the fluid button for like 9- 10 seconds before it actually comes out i thought it was normal but the more it happens i van hear the motor going and going and going and going and going and then spray :s. I thought it was a leak in the line an the line was emptying but curious to see if any one else noticed this or if it was common

Could be frozen. First Winter with mine it never got super cold and we got very little snow...so I didn't use much. First snow this winter was during Thanksgiving and a major cold front came through dropping temps below 0. Fluid was the same stuff that came with the truck, and it was frozen. Temps warmed a few days later, I drained it and put in new stuff, no more problems.
