Just had mine done.

Installer said the best match would be with 23% (3M Premium) on the front over the factory tint. Had to sign the form saying I wouldn't hold them responsible for illegal tint, etc. 35% is the darkest legal front tint in Nebraska.

It may be *slightly* lighter in the front, but I think it looks pretty good. I also added the AVS seamless vent visors this morning.

That looks nice. I did the 35% on my front two just to stay legal and not have to worry about potential tickets. I also added 5% over the factory rear windows and it is seriously dark. I think the factory tint on the rear windows of these new f150s is darker than it is on the older models. I have done 5% over the factory tint before and it didn't look this dark. I'll get a photo up of what I am talking about when I get a chance.

5% over the back factory tint IS very dark.

I had to take mine off it was so dark....Even during the day it was very dark.

Replaced it with 18% Suntek, and it looks good now.

Yes Louisiana does suck when it comes to tint!!! My dad couldn't his f-250 with limo all the way around tinted anywhere, so he had a friend inspect it. What part of Louisiana u in?
